Unique Digital Assets (“UDA”) is currently in the process of being licensed and registered by the Securities Commission of The Bahamas under the Digital Asset and Registered Exchanges Act, 2020 as a Digital Asset Business and under the Financial and Corporate Service Providers Act, 2020 as a Custody and Wallet service provider for digital assets.
